I really want to know what sparked all this. A few days ago Heechul oppa mentioned Hangeng for the first time on his radio show. Today, for the first time, he wrote about him on his blog. (after the incident of course.)
Hangeng was in TW yesterday. Did he visit Korea before going to TW? Did they talk? something must have happened within the past few days. On his radio show, Heechul was so happy when he mentioned Hangeng. Why is he so sad now?
and Heechul oppa, no one's drinking with you now is there?
Did you write this because you know "the rules"? and know how to get attention? or do you really mean it? Is it a way to say goodbye or a plea for him to comeback?

DBSK/TVXQ's 5 years in Japan

On April 27th, 2005, DBSK officially debuted in Japan with the song Stay With Me Tonight (album cover above).
I'm going to go over the specifics. But if you want to recap DBSK's activities in Japna, please watch History in Japan Vol 1-4!!!!

Of course AVEX's president wrote a blog post about DBSK to celebrate their 5 years in Japan. He wrote:
That's right. It's been 5 years… if you count from the first time we met, it's been almost 6 year……
トンペン is 5 years old!!!! I think remember meeting DBSK for the first time almost 6 years ago. They were very shy. 5 years ago today was their first official appearance in Japan. I was able to witness their growth from young adults to adults. I will continue to support them the best I can! I will do my best to allow them to fly higher and higher yet. My dear DBSK, thank you!

Congrats to DBSK! I'm very sad that they might not be able to fly as high as 5. But I will support each and everyone of them! Awaiting their musical comeback, no matter as 5, as 3, or as 1.

Something interesting and sad I saw yesterday.
"yunho is obviously the least musically talented member of dbsk, a group know for their vocals. the three people who left the company did the right thing- they know that they will be famous no matter what, whether they are under the slave driving sm entertaiment or not. but you know what is yunho's problem? he knows that he is the least talented and without sm, he is nothing.. hence the controversy starts where the group becomes separated. I don't know how the hell he pulled in changmin, but I can't really hate changmin so I am not going to give my speculation on that. But I stand by my word, if only yunho was willing to leave as well, the dbsk would still be intact. I guess I am just disgusted by the fact that yunho gets so much attention when he clearly lacks in talent.... I mean I know he is revered for his dancing but you can't really call that dancing"
WOWOW, i can't believe someone would not recognize Yunho's talents and blame Yunho for splitting DBSK. It's not one person's fault that DBSK is in its state now. SM is largely responsible but so are each members. It's unreasonable and mean to point fingers, especially at Yunho. If someone says that it's all Jaechunsu's fault that DBSK is breaking, then maybe I will understand. But Yunho has done nothing wrong. He may not be the best singer out of the 5, but he is still a good singer and dancer. If Yunho oppa sees the comments, he's going to be really sad because he might think he is dragging the team down. For me, DBSK would not be DBSK if it's not made up by Yunho, Jaejoong, Micky, Junsu, and Changmin!!!!!!!

Super Junior is coming back!!!!!!!

Super Junior's 4th album will be released on May 4th!
Their comeback performance is at Music Bank on May 7th.
Some rumors I heard. Kangin will not be in the MV or in the performance in any way. Kibum will be in the MV but not in the performance.

Q: what kind of person is Ueno Juri?
JJ: she's very professional. really touched by her acting.

Q: what kind of person is Jaejoong?
UJ: when I saw him on TV, i thought "wow how handsome!" After meeting him, i realized that he is a very charming and cute person. he's very shy when practicing/rehearsing. Sometimes he will say things that surprise everyone!

JJ: because it's just a crush, can't show it too obvious. so it's very embarrassing. my face turns red during rehearsals.

Q: I heard from other stuff members that watching JJ act will make people's hearts race?
JJ: sometimes my chest will turn red too. It's not like that usually. just when i have to act in front of my crush.

Xiah Junsu oppa, I'm waiting for you!

Xiah Junsu oppa will be active as a solo singer in Japan with the song Intoxication. MTV Japan will have a 4 part program on Junsu and his new song in mid-May. Xiah Junsu oppa wrote the lyrics and composed the music himself!!!
Even though I'm sad that it's very unlikely to see DBSK perform together as 5, I will still support each and everyone of them in their solo or other group activities. Junsu oppa, I'm very proud of you!! Even though you joked about composing Picture of You (a song in Mirotic album) in less than 20 min while watching the sunset in boxers, I know that you worked very hard to get to where you are today! Plus work hard and be YOU :)

Wonder Girls went to Taiwan for promotion. They went on 康熙来了 (Kang Xi Lai Le), one of the top TW talk shows. Xiao S, one of my favorite TW artists, is one of the two hosts. She is very open and "brave." She's not afraid to ask about scandals, sex life, etc. She is a mother of 2, but she still looks hot. When Wonder Girls went on KXLL, Xiao X asked them how old were they when they had sex for the first time, which really shocked the Kpop idols and the Kpop world. Xiao S does that to everyone so I'm not surprised or think much of it. Wonder Girls did not have to answer. Plus it's part of the show. The other host, Cai Kang Yong, interjected the conversation before it got too uncomfortable. Xiao S and Cai Kang Yong play this game with almost every idol on their show. Plus in TW, it's not that big of a deal. Most idols answer openly. Of course, some criticisms arose because netizens think that the Wonder Girls are too young for this kind of thing. They are at the age where they should know about these things. As a "perfect" idol, they could say they've never had sex lol. Anyways, I understand that Xiao S probably should not do this to artists who are not familiar with TW culture and custom. But I hope she doesn't get killed by negative comments because for the TW entertainment world..... it's not a big deal.

5 member girl group Lotte Girls are set to debut in China. Their debut stage will be in May on a CCTV program. The group includes 2 Korean members and 3 Chinese members. They will take part in Shanghai EXPO as well, strong ambition to take over Chinese market. Korean activities are so planned for them.

So in the first 2 eps, Jaejoong is a medical equipment salesman, but he introduced himself as a doctor (due to pride?). He's been degraded by his boss in the drama a lot. He is in love with the main female character. In ep 2, Jaejoong's character told the girl that he loves her. The audience is pleasantly surprised by Jaejoong's good acting.


Actor Song JoongGi is casted alongside Micky Yoochun oppa in the historical drama!


ELF are mad that XLR8, a Pinoy 8-member boy band, is copying SJ. XLR8's new album cover is pretty much the same as SJ's sorry sorry album cover. honestly, elfs need to chill. lol

Haha, more fan battle between SNSD's fans and SJ's fans. SJ fans got 3x more seating than SNSD fans at Dream Concert. Well, the recommended seating section. technically, there's no rule saying that SNSD fans can only sit in the SNSD section. Rain's fans only got 1/3 of the # of seats SNSD's fans got. One SNSD wrote "we are more popular than sj...." uhm, even if it's true, fans shouldn't say that. that's just asking for war even more. From what I know, SJ got the most seats (9 sections), SS501 is in second with 6 sections. SNSD is 3rd.

Big Bang is also nominated for 3 awards. They will be performing at the ceremony.

Jaejoong oppa and his family

For some random reason, I did not look up information about Jaejoong's biological parents until today!
First of all, Jaejoong and his mother.

Jaejoong was adopted by his parents when he was 4. His parents have 8 daughters (all older than Jaejoong) and no son. They really wanted a son so, when Jaejoong's biological mother no longer have the financial power to raise him, they took Jaejoong into their family.

Jaejoong's biological parents are divorced. Jaejoong's biological mother had to raise him on her own. Because she did not have a stable income, she could not raise Jaejoong and gave him away. No official/legal adoption papers were done. All official documents stated that Jaejoong's parents are his adoptive parents. Jaejoong's parents stated that they did not want Jaejoong to get hurt so they did not want Jaejoong to know that he's adopted. When Jaejoong's biological father, who had nothing to do with any of this and did not contact Jaejoong or his biological mother for years, found out Jaejoong is his son (not sure how), he sued Jaejoong's adoptive parents because he wanted his name to be in the blank that says "father." But according to a statement by SM, Jaejoong and SM both knew that Jaejooong was adopted. Jaejoong's biological father dropped his charge again Jaejoong's parents very quickly.
Jaejoong's biological mother and adoptive mother stayed in touch over the years, but Jaejoong never saw his biological mother again until the law suit broke out. Jaejoong's mother got remarried and had a daughter and a son. Here's a pic of Jaejoong's half sister and brother.

Jaejoong's biological mother went on a show similar to American Idol in Korea and talked about his son. I think Jaejoong's biological mother sang well, but the judges didn't think so lol. Jaejoong's biological mother is now a teacher at some university in Shandong, China.

I miss Heechul oppa!

I've been bored recently. And I really miss the good old days of SJ and DBSK.
So I started watching Kim Heechul's Young Street and Strong Hear with Leeteuk/Eunhyuk/Shindong and etc.
Heechul oppa hasn't changed at all. He's still very creative/crazy!

Finally, after hosting his own radio show for over 1 month, he talked about Hangeng on his show. If Hangeng oppa did not leave SJ/SM, i'm sure heechul oppa would find ways to talk about him every single day lol.
He called Hangeng his "my Chinese friend" and of course he imitated the way Hangeng speaks. After imitating Hangeng, Heechul also said that he should have a Intimate Friends ep, meaning Hangeng is one of his intimate friends. Heechul also said that Hangeng said that DJs in the 21st century must have special skills. I highly doubt that Hangeng said that recently cuz Heechul hosted other radio shows before.
and of course there are fans arguing about Hangeng leaving SJ again. But I saw one comment that was interesting. Apparently Hangeng should be visiting Korea or is currently in Korea because of the court case. Maybe that's why Heechul oppa is so happy :)
So far I'm still on the first ep of Heechul's Young Street. The radio program is the same time as Siwon's drama. but Siwon still recorded a message for the listeners asking them to support the radio program even though he also wants people to watch his drama lol. I guess fans can do both....... listen to the radio show while there're commercials or something lol.

I also found this blog of random SJ stories/facts today.
There's a section on Hanchul.
Remember when Hangeng and Heechul appeared together at Kang Hudong's wedding?
Well, when Hangeng and Heechul received invitations, Hangeng asked "Heechul, will Hudong hyung come to our wedding?" He made a grammar mistake and Heechul tried to correct him. But Hangeng did not understand why Heechul didn't just answer his question.
Another time when Heechul and Hangeng were leaving their dorm and getting on the elevator, Hangeng stood very close to the elevator door. Heechul asked "are you close friends with the elevator door or something?" Hangeng misunderstood and said "of course, we've been living together for 4 years. aren't we friends?"
I know, you must think this is all made up by fans..... but other stories (hanchul and other members) in the same blog posts are true...... (they said so on some tv/radio shows)...... even though i've never heard of these 2 stories, but because other stories are true, i'm gonna believe in them too. lol Hanchul fighting!

I read an article on Hangeng leaving SM is destroying the Chinese market for Korean celebrities.
I agree that it is. But I disagree that the reason is because Koreans are racists and are bad toward foreigners. I think the Korean entertainment circle is competitive and cruel in general. Hangeng is only one of the target. He might have had a slightly worse time than other Korean celebrities, but the circle itself has problem. it's not specifically against Hangeng because he's Chinese. DBSK's going through pretty much the exact same thing and they are KOREANS! Race is not the issue here.
It's only because Hangeng's Chinese therefore Chinese netizen care about this issue more than other Kpop suicides and law suits.
And of course some boring ppl just have to bring up how Koreans are stealing Chinese culture and history. How they teach their kids that Korea controlled all of China at one point in history and etc.......
