This one is going to be longer and more random. Before I start, update 1 pic of Hangeng at his most recent interview.


1)
SJ and SNSD cheer for the World Cup. only 9 members are in the video. Hangeng, Kangin, Kibum, and Eunhyuk are missing. My hypothesis is that Eunhyuk was probably sick when they filmed the commercial.

2)
Zuno's new Chinese MV came out. The song is titled 放开我, meaning let me go. Honestly, I only understood 40% of what he sand..... accent is a problem. But I do applaud him trying hard to sing in Chinese. Kim Junsu of DBSK, Zuno's twin brother, is suppose to be in the MV..... but I watched the MV 5 times and did find Junsu........ Please tell me if someone finds Kim Junsu :)
Zuno's Japanese Showcase is on April 18th. Junsu will be there for sure.
Till know, every article about Zuno includes the phrase "twin brother of Xiah Junsu" in some form. Like comments made by Yahoo! Japan's reviewer, Zuno, so far, is still dependent on Junsu's popularity. When will he be known as Zuno and not as Kim Junsu's twin? Anyways, good luck to Zuno!

DBSK posted an apology on Bigeast, their officialy Japanese fansite. "Right now, each member is working hard toward his own development and we ask for your support in the future."
Also there are talks about shutting down Bigeast which makes no sense to me. Even if DBSK ends, Bigeast should still remain the place where fans can gather and talk about their idol. Bigeast is for fans not for DBSK (well both I guess). Plus DBSK has not officially announced disbandment, therefore why should closing Bigeast be discussed now? I know i'm probably in denial, but always keep the faith!

Fanclub member numbers for April.
DBSK is still #1 even though they lost ~10,000 members. Why are fans leaving? I don't get it. Even if they break apart, I wouldn't leave them :). DBSK still doubles Big Bang who is in second. Out of the top 10, only SNSD (in 3rd) and SHINee (in 8th) are gaining fans. 2PM lost the most number of fans in March (~40,000). BEAST (in 12th) and 2AM (in 14th) gained the most number of fans in March.

This year, Dream Concert is on May 22.......... of course DBSK and SJ will not be there...... :( but for those who still want to watch it, wait for it on May 22nd! Poster above is the poster for 2009.

More on DBSK....
So the official court decision is not out yet. I'm actually a bit confused about the entire thing so I'm not going to talk about it so I won't say anything wrong lol. Not sure when the final decision will come out. but I don't think it matter any more.
After the release of the news that DBSK's pausing their Japanese activities as a group, the president of AVEX updated his twitter. He wrote, "I already did everything I could. In the end, the result is a bitter one. I will do my best to support their decision. If it is what they wish for, I believe that I should do everything I could within my limitation to support all of them who are already flying high. It doesn't matter what my standpoint is, my feelings are no different from the sadness of every Tohoshinki's fan" (asianfanatics.net). It was estimated that AVEX will lose from 32-53 million USD. That's what I love about fansites....... this is number for next year? yearly average? or what?

So everyone knows that Jaejoong and Changmin are working on dramas, Yunho is busy with MJ performances, and Junsu's helping his brother, what's up what Yoochun?
Well, finally some news about Yoochun's future activities. He will be in the Korean drama, Sungkyunkwan Scandal. It is a historical drama set in the Chosun dynasty..... Micky will be playing a Confucian scholar named Lee Seon-joon who falls in love with a woman in disguise as a man. (reminds me of Hana Kimi and Coffee Prince only ancient.) Filming will begin in May and the drama will be aired later this year.

Star of April 7th is HANGENG part 2

After all the cool pictures, now news about our "lonely" star. Honestly, going from being one of 13 to a solo artist is probably fairly difficult. When he was part of SJ, there are 12 people who could cover for him when asked questions that he does want to or do not now how to answer, when he need a hand because he is hurting emotionally or physically, etc.
Even though most of his fans are still with him, there are certain fans who are not happy about Hangeng "breaking" the 13. Honestly, Kibum "left" SJ way before Hangeng did, just not officially. But I'm a SJ fan not really a Hangeng fan (even though it was because of Hangeng that I love SJ at first). I still pay a lot attention to Hangeng's activities because I am curious about his future, the future of a former Chinese member in a famous Korean boy band.

April 11 is 第十届蒙牛酸酸乳音乐风云榜颁奖盛典 in Shenzhen. For those of you who do not understand chinese, it is a very famous music award ceremony in mainland china. Na Ying （那英), one of the most famous chinese mainland female singer (I would say #2), is in-charge of the ceremony this year. She is personally sending out invitations to stars to attend the ceremony. Hangeng is one of them. A few weeks ago, before Hangeng received him invitation, there's news that Super Junior is attending this important ceremony as well. Will 第十届蒙牛酸酸乳音乐风云榜颁奖盛典 be the first time they meet again after Hangeng left SJ? I'm certainly looking forward to this!
The 2 pictures below are released by the ceremony holder on sina.com on April 2. According to news released on the 2nd, Hangeng will more than likely perform at the ceremony. Ceremony holder said that the 2 pics are used to decide what type of performance he should participate in.




Hangeng went on another show. The preview came out on the 6th. not sure when the full interview will be aired yet. The second part of the clip is about the music award ceremony.

I'm not in a pleasant mood cuz I screwed up really bad last night at the recital on my Chopin and I just failed a biology test.

Oh well, nothing I can do now so......... other than the fact that I hate my life, I think I will be OK :)

Last post about Jaejoong oppa today

So he's definitely having tons of fun filming is Japan.

AVEX's Vice President and Jaejoong had dinner together last week (April 2rd I think). The VP wrote 2 blog posts about Jaejoong and uploaded the picture below.

After both of them got pretty drunk...... Jaejoong and the VP had a one-hand-push-up competition. 35-40, the VP lost. The VP challenged Jaejoong but lost. So the VP is determined to exercise more so he can compete with Jaejoong again. VP also wrote that he's not upset cuz after all the opponent is Kim Jaejoong!
Well, now i must share some pics i got from 双生 a while back. Jaejoong's famous for his one-hand-push-ups, especially when he's drunk. Apparently he can't resist the urge to do one-hand-push-ups when he's drunk. NO ONE can stop him. He would do it any where...... even on the road side. This is true. It has been documented by fans. I want to see Jaejoong oppa drunk ;)


Jaejoong oppa's first Japanese drama, Sunao ni Narenakute, will start airing on April 15th.

Plot line of the first ep is out already. I will briefly summarize it.
The 2 main characters are nakaji and haru. Nakaji is a photographer and Haru is a high school substitute teacher. Haru lacks self confidence therefore she hates being looked down. Also she never had a boy friend before. The two meet on Twitter and decided to meet in real life. Before their official meet, they ran into each other (not knowing each other of course) at a coffee shop and had some misunderstanding. Anyways, at the official first meeting, they meet doctor (jaejoong's character), linda (male), and peach (Haru's friend, female). Jaejoong plays a doctor from korea named Park Seonsu (but i will refer to him as doctor).
I'm expecting some romance between Haru and Nakaji for sure. and i think peach and linda are going to be a couple. What about my Jaejoong oppa?


The filming of the drama is certainly not over yet, but Kim Jaejoong returned to Korea (Seoul) today. Not sure why. but the news of DBSK pausing/terminating group activities in Japan surprised/hurt many fans. Maybe he has business to discuss with other members or maybe he just wanted to visit his family.

Oh NO!!! NO NO NO NO NO !
Avex officially announced that DBSK will pause/stop their activities as a group in Japan. But AVEX will continue to support them as individual artists.

What caused the initial breakup?
well, investigation into the cosmetics company ended recently. the three members only invested in the company, nothing else. and the company's president wanted to clarify that the company is not the cause of disbandment. also remember the letter that was released by SM...... the one that Changmin and Yunho wrote? well the two didn't write the letter. SM confirmed that someone else wrote the letter after discussing the issues with Changmin and Yunho, but the two boys didn't write/release it.


What are SJ up to?
well, they performed at the opening of some EXPO on april 2. and of course, their 4th album will come out in may. i wonder if heechul ever mentioned hangeng in his new radio show.......

The age of DBSJ is over. But they mark my kpop obsession era. I think i'm over kpop now lol.
